Who we are

What we collect

• Quote request details: first and last name, email address, phone number, service address or project location, and any project description you choose to share.
• Consent records: whether you agreed to be contacted about your request, whether you opted in to marketing messages, and whether you gave permission to use photos of your property.
• Technical information: the network (IP) address your request came from, kept only to limit spam and abuse of the quote form.

Photos you upload

Photos used on the Visualize Your Home page are processed entirely in your browser. They are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers. If you send us a photo by email or another channel, it is used only to prepare and discuss your quote. Photos sent with a quote request never become public portfolio content unless you give separate, explicit permission — the quote consent checkbox does not grant it.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your quote request and communicate about your project.
• To prepare estimates and schedule work.
• To protect the website against spam and abuse.
• To send promotional messages, only where you have separately opted in.

Consent and marketing

We ask for your consent before using your information to reply to you. Consent to marketing messages is always requested separately and is never bundled with a quote request. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in any message.

Sharing with service providers

We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the business, such as our website hosting and database provider, and any email, scheduling, payment or accounting tools we use.
